Club History
Southern Downs Rodders first official meeting was held in September 2006 with about nine interested people. From this our Club has grown mainly by word of mouth. Someone knew someone else who knew someone else and suddenly we had a membership of about 20 members.
In Dec 2008, we now have over 20 members drawing from regions around Warwick. Members come from Millmerran, Pittsworth, Stanthorpe, Highfields, Toowomba Warwick and Allora.
Cars in our club are mainly Hot Rods but we also cater for Custom Classics up to 1966. Runs are held every month at which we have short meetings to discuss Club Business. We endeavour to operate without politics spoiling the promotion of Hot Rodding which leads to having a great time together.
